convenient breakfast timing helpful staff noisy room messy kitchen area
the breakfast timing was convenient and the staff was helpful.
the room was noisy due to other guests and the courtyard (i could hear everything). the kitchen area looked messy at times.

helpful staff central location dark room hard pillows
the staff were helpful. they arranged anything i asked for. the location was central. the hotel app was helpful for pre arrival communication. it booked a car from the airport.
our room was very dark! perhaps a few lanterns added. the pillows were too hard and too high for my liking. i did not sleep very well really.

helpful staff cozy area
The breakfast had different options each day. The staff was helpful and arranged a taxi. I also appreciated the riad's aesthetic throughout the hotel. The rooftop terrace offered several cozy areas for relaxation.
The room had a window facing the interior courtyard. I could hear noise from other guests at night. Earplugs would have helped.

attentive staff fresh juice cozy areas
I found the staff very attentive. They arranged taxis quickly. The breakfast included fresh orange juice and eggs made to order. A rooftop offered different cozy areas.

tired room repetitive breakfast
The room felt a little tired and in need of some freshening up. There was some noticeable wear and tear and it lacked the crispness i expected. i found the breakfast options repetitive. A bit more variety would have been appreciated. It felt monotonous after a few days and i longed for something different.

Excellent Service in a Authentic Riad
caring person tasty fruits great service daily breakfast
The staff was really precious and always ready to help. Ali was very professional, kind, and caring. He was smiley and always ready to support anyone. The breakfast was different every day. It included very tasty fruits. I especially enjoyed the coffee.
The bathroom included a shower and a toilet brush. These items were very groezelig. This detail did bother me some.

The location require walking down some narrow streets. Getting to the souks or the taxi stand is easy. This could be less ideal for those who want to minimize walking. I did not mind it.
